Luckily, Yoplait is trying to help! They're Yoplait Original two times more calcium then the other leading yogurts, which is 50% of your daily recommended value. It also contains 50% of the daily recommended value of Vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium.
I actually really love Yoplait yogurt, and they have sooo many flavors to choose from, and they keep adding more. Currently they have about 23 flavors. It's great as part of a breakfast, as a snack, or as a healthy dessert.
