Monday- Lazy Nachos (Learned this from a friend a couple years ago. You put some chips on a aluminum foiled tray. Top with your favorite nacho toppings like meat, beans, and cheese and bake for a couple minutes at 350. Transfer the foil to the plate and top with other toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Little to no clean-up because the plate stays clean too.)
Tuesday- Turkey Burgers with avocado, fries, veggie
Wednesday- Hotdogs, Mac and Cheese, veggie
Thursday- Stuffed Peppers
Friday- Cheeseburger Loaves, Mashed Potatoes, Veggie (never actually happened last week, long story)
Saturday- Breakfast for dinner
