I recently made carrot cake for my husband's birthday (and before anyone thinks I'm mean, that is specifically what he asked for!), and of course with carrot cake comes cream cheese frosting. I searched for awhile to find a recipe that sounded good, and
this one was perfect.

This recipe would also work for icing zucchini or pumpkin bread or red velvet cake, or any cake that you like cream cheese frosting on.
